City Lofts Condo Building
The City Lofts is the oldest of the warehouse conversions in Portland’s Pearl District. It was built in 1905 and was the original headquarters of the Eoff Electric Company. In 1994 it was converted into 14 lofts condominiums. This charming building has only 15 units and boasts such amenities as exposed brick, heavy timber beams, 14 foot ceilings, floor to ceiling bookshelves and rolling library ladders which add to the distinct floor plans. In addition there are high end amenities such as stainless steel gas appliances, rolling islands, and deep soaking tubs. As a bonus, on the north side of the building you can still see the original business advertisement.
