This is absolutely one of the things I love about the Chown Pella Lofts. It reminds me of the old lofts I saw and visited as a young adult growing up in New York City. There are probably not many residences where you literally have go through your bedroom window in order to get to the outside patio/deck. I thought I might exit through this fire escape but sadly the developer was required to remove them for the conversion.
